FGDM Coordinator/Facilitator Position Opening
Family Service Rochester, in contract with Olmsted County Child and Family services, has posted an opening for a Family Group Decision Making (FGDM) Coordinator/Facilitator position. This position provides direct service to families in the context of the preparation, coordination and facilitation of FGDM meetings. Position requires a bachelor's degree, preferable in the social science field. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication, listening and organizational skills; knowledge of human services and family systems; and experience in the areas of conflict resolution, mediation or alternative dispute resolution. Requires reliable transportation and the flexibility to work days and evenings to respond to client needs and schedules.
