David and Sally train educators, students, and adults in Restorative Learning Workshops on site in their district. We can also offer Hamline Graduate Credit. The Restorative Learning Workshops trains people in both individual and group conferencing strategies to help them move from using punitive measures to employing "educator tested and student approved" restorative strategies. Some of the outcomes include establishing standards rather than rules, creating a safe school culture, bottom line creation, building personal responsibility and problem/solution ownership. We can do these workshops, presentations and consulting individually or as a team. We are married and both teach in the Chaska school system.
